Parla a tutta la comunità e ordina loro: Siate santi, perché io, il Signore, Dio vostro, sono santo. 
Non coverai nel tuo cuore odio contro il tuo fratello; rimprovera apertamente il tuo prossimo, così non ti caricherai d'un peccato per lui. 
Non ti vendicherai e non serberai rancore contro i figli del tuo popolo, ma amerai il tuo prossimo come te stesso. Io sono il Signore.

Parle à toute l'assemblée des fils ; tu leur diras : Soyez saints, car moi, le Seigneur votre Dieu, je suis saint. 
Tu n'auras aucune pensée de haine contre ton frère. Mais tu n'hésiteras pas à réprimander ton compagnon, et ainsi tu ne partageras pas son péché. 
Tu ne te vengeras pas. Tu ne garderas pas de rancune contre les fils de ton peuple. Tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même. Je suis le Seigneur.

Speak to the whole community and tell them: Be holy, for I, the LORD your God, am holy. 
You shall not bear hatred for your brother in your heart. Though you may have to reprove your fellow man, do not incur sin because of him. 
Take no revenge and cherish no grudge against your fellow countrymen. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.

Habla en estos términos a toda la comunidad: Ustedes serán santos, porque yo, el Señor su Dios, soy santo. 
No odiarás a tu hermano en tu corazón: deberás reprenderlo convenientemente, para no cargar con un pecado a causa de él. 
No serás vengativo con tus compatriotas ni les guardarás rencor. Amarás a tu prójimo como a ti mismo. Yo soy el Señor.
