Préparation "au shaker" du Cocktail Tequila Sunrise.

Pour tequila in a highball glass with ice, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.

Frappez la tequila et le jus d'orange et passez dans le verre sur des glaçons. Versez doucement le sirop de grenadine dans le verre pour que celui-ci tombe au fond. Donnez alors un petit coup de cuillère pour affiner le dégradé.

Servir dans un verre de type "tumbler"



Aucune décoration ; Une réputation qui n'est plus à faire, ce cocktail à fait beaucoup parler de lui grâce à sa couleur de coucher de soleil type "été indien"... Son goût n'en est pas moins exceptionnel, à connaître absolument !!!
